IT Specialist (Odoo User) – Shabramant Factory

Position Summary:
looking for an experienced IT Specialist with a focus on Odoo ERP system to manage our IT infrastructure and support system users. This role requires a candidate who can maintain our Odoo system and ensure seamless operation across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and customize Odoo modules to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support and training to staff for Odoo functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, and network.
• Monitor system performance, implement updates, and ensure data security.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures and Odoo usage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Odoo ERP system and IT support.
• Strong understanding of database management, user access, and system customization.
• Excellent communication skills for user training and support.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
