Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to our employees. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting, with Odoo experience being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Respond to user inquiries, diagnose problems, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, applications, and peripherals.
  • Support users in utilizing Odoo ERP (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Document issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support/help desk.
  • Familiarity with Odoo ERP is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
