Lab Specialist – Elwahat Elbaharia Farm

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lab Specialist with a strong background in agricultural or food testing to join our team at Elwahat Elbaharia Farm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting a variety of laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological testing of raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure all instruments are properly calibrated.
• Document and interpret lab results accurately, identifying any deviations from specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team to investigate and resolve quality issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in an agricultural or food-related industry.
• Strong knowledge of lab safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment and software for data entry.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
