Job Summary

As a Sourcing Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the sourcing of premium-quality raw herbs from trusted farms across Egypt. You’ll supervise sourcing activities, ensure quality standards are met, and build sustainable relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable and cost-effective supply chain.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 6+ years of experience in raw material sourcing or agricultural procurement.

• Strong knowledge of local farms and suppliers in the herbs/agricultural sector.

• Hands-on experience with medicinal and aromatic plants is highly preferred.

• Strong negotiation, field supervision, and supplier coordination skills.

• Willingness to travel regularly across different regions in Egypt.

• Familiarity with quality standards and traceability regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.

• FMCG or herbal industry background is a big advantage.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise day-to-day sourcing operations for raw herbal materials.

• Monitor supplier performance and farm practices.

• Support pricing negotiations and manage quality coordination.

• Ensure timely delivery and stock availability based on production plans.

• Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, and R&D teams.
