Senior Export Sales Specialist (B2B) – Beverly Hills

Position Summary

The Senior Export Sales Specialist (B2B) drives export sales growth in international markets, builds and maintains strong client relationships, and expands the company’s presence in global FMCG markets. This role demands expertise in business-to-business (B2B) sales, an excellent command of English, and a deep understanding of FMCG products and markets.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target international markets to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Account Management

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients across assigned regions.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive product knowledge and updates on new product launches.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries, complaints, or issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Export Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, production, and finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including documentation and customs requirements.
  • Monitor the supply chain to ensure timely shipments and reduce delays.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for the Export Sales Manager.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose action plans to achieve goals.

Brand Representation

  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Promote the company’s products and values to potential partners and clients.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales within the FMCG sector, specifically in B2B markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in international markets.

Skills

  • Language: Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Sales: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Technical: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical: Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
